We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist

Requirements:
- Strong B2 English proficiency (both speaking and writing)
– Experience with KYC/KYB
– Excel (experienced user)
мUnderstanding of APIs (a plus)

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, social networks and chats
– Maintain and enhance the Customer Support space in Confluence (documentation related to this role)
– Provide support during technical integration & process related questions/requests
– Work with internal Excel spreadsheets
– Work with the internal admin panel

Would be a plus:
Experience in the same position, knowledge of Jira/Confluence or other Atlassian products.
