We are seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager with a clear focus on IT-related tasks and responsibilities to lead and manage IT projects, aligning with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee a range of IT projects, including small, medium, and large-scale initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within the designated project management offices. This role involves strategic planning, resource alignment, and comprehensive management of IT project requirements from inception to completion.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full cycle of IT Project Management.
- A solid understanding of IT services, IT infrastructure, and related products is essential.
- Familiarity with ITIL and other IT and security standards is important.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills in English.
- Willingness to learn and continuously expand knowledge and skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Waterfall, Agile, or other delivery methodologies.
- Experience in an Agile team role (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tribe/Chapter Lead, Release Train Engineer) is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow tools is desirable.
- Project Management and/or Agile certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management activities, including planning, defining tasks, quality control, risk assessment, and status reporting.
- Develop project prioritization processes and maintain project records.
- Estimate timescales and resources for project completion.
- Monitor project timelines and resource usage, taking corrective action as needed.
- Allocate IT Engineering resources in collaboration with team leaders.
- Coordinate the IT part of cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth interaction with Development teams.
- Participate in working groups and meetings, collaborating with stakeholders and track and prioritize tasks and activities.
- Ensure all project documentation (e.g. technical documents, project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, etc.) is accurate, current, and accessible.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
