Teamvoy is looking for a Sales Manager to join us.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for self-development/growth; a specific industry knowledge (finance or gaming/gambling or healthcare or other); understanding of the tech industry; experience navigating competitive landscapes; creating and updating presentations and proposals for potential clients, and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. We welcome applications from veterans.

Вимоги:
What you bring:
• You have 3–5 years of experience working in sales, some of which are within the technology industry (product or service side);
• You have a Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, International Relations, Political Sciences, Psychology, Marketing, Linguistics, Law, or Computer Sciences and similar;
• You are fluent in English (business proficiency);
• You have a trackable history of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets;
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track sales activities. Previous experience with Apollo.io, Pipedrive or Hubspot is a benefit. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is your bff;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written;
• Creating and updating proposals for clients (writing content based on the information provided, building project timelines, and calculating costs using the tools provided);
• Preparing presentations for client meetings and creating value-added materials (customizing standard decks, gathering information from various sources, formatting, etc.);
• Experience selling complex solutions with multiple stakeholders involved;
• Negotiation and closing skills;
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets;
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on long-term account growth.

Обов'язки:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for finding potential clients and driving revenue growth. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and assist in closing complex sales deals.

Буде плюсом:
• Proficiency in an additional language (French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Arabic);
• Prior experience in a call center.
