We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our new subsidiary company in the Estonian market – Localica.
For 9 years now we've been operating in the European market and providing localization for games, websites, applications, and international businesses, helping clients increase their profits. We speak into 84+ languages from around the world.
The companies we work with, and you may be familiar with are Microsoft, SoftServe, Visa, Parimatch, Discovery, Uber, Uklon Tech, and others.
Our primary mission is to provide businesses with the opportunity to expand without borders.
Your primary role on the team is to help companies establish a common ground with their clients in any country.
We'll collaborate seamlessly if you:
- Understand how to develop and track sales progress.
- Have experience creating and managing successful B2B sales strategies in foreign markets.
- Can analyze and outperform competitors.
- Have English language proficiency at no less than an Upper-Intermediate level.
- Are ready to give 120% effort to achieve common goals.
What you'll need to do:
- Initiate and develop partnership relationships.
- Develop lead generation strategies, and conduct negotiations.
- Expand sales channels and the number of deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create necessary sales materials.
