We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide excellent service for our client project. Our client is a wholesale bakery in East London that creates award-winning, cakes, cookies, and pastries. They only use 100% natural ingredients and have stayed true to our roots - with markets still being at the heart of our growing business.

➖At least 6 months experience in Customer Support;
➖Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
➖Customer-oriented approach
➖Analytical and strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
➖Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and according to a flexible schedule
➖Organization and clarity in the work process
➖Good PC user, has an understanding of internet connectivity

✔️Pre-sales questions
✔️Post-sales support
✔️Tracking interactions
✔️Order tracking & processing
✔️Invoice enquiries
✔️Handling sales orders & cancellations
✔️Handling and resolving complaints
✔️Managing customer credit notes

Умови праці:
➖Remote work
➖The probation period: two months
➖Working shifts: 1 shift: 7.00 - 15.00, 2 Shift: 13.00 - 21.00, weekend 10.00 - 18.00
➖2 non-fixed days off per week
