I have 1.5 years of work experience in the position of Recruiter in the fintech sphere and I am well acquainted with the work specificity and direction. My responsibilities:
- Providing full cycle recruitment process
‐ Skills in using platforms to search for employees (Djinni, Linkedin, DOU, TGithub, StackOverflow, Turbo Hiring, Boolean search, X-ray, job sites, data sourcing tools, job boards, social networks, messengers etc.);
‐ Recruitment: conducting interviews and checking soft skills;
‐ Personnel adaptation: job offer, welcome day, onboarding;
‐ Work with CleverStaff;
‐ Documentation management.
