- Managed full recruitment cycle;
- Sourcing potential candidates using LinkedIn, Djinni, Boolean search and etc.;
- Recruiting IT specialists: BackEnd (Node.js, PHP, Java, .Net), FrontEnd (React, Angular, Vue), Mobile/Cross-platforms (React Native, IOS, Flutter), Scrum Master, PM, DevOps, QA(Manual/Automation), Marketing positions;
- Screening candidates;
- Management of candidates from the beginning of communication to final placement;
- Coordinate all interview stages;
- Providing feedback and assistance to candidates throughout the whole recruitment process;
- HR Feedbacks writing;
- Working with CRM system;
- Maintaining candidates' database;
- Leading the team of 5 recruiters;
- Conducting daily and 1:1 meetings;
