I am a QA Engineer with over 3 years of experience.
I am currently working on a telecom project in the maintenance stage using a Kanban methodology. Work in a team of nine people, including three test engineers. The main responsibility of a QA team member is working with customer issues with following retesting and regression testing along with testing the existing functionality rewritten to newer technologies (e.g., VB6 to C#) or extended by customer-requested features.

Junior QA engineer
 Manual testing of a desktop application (with a significant amount of ad hoc testing).
 Working with test documentation (bug reports, test cases, test plans).
 Creating test cases for manual testing.
 Writing automated test cases within the existing framework
 Extending the test framework with new elements.
 Working with both on-site and remote development teams.
 Communicating with customers to resolve existing issues.
 Testing requirements for customer-requested features that extend existing functionality.
 Assisting the development team with issues analysis.
