I have completed a course in It-Recruiting created with HURMA Academy and have experience successfully closing vacancies and experience in an intercultural environment. I see my mission is to find talents and help them realise their potential, as people want to develop and create value for their company.

Vacancies analysis (prioritising job requirements, identifying critical skills);
Writing and publishing vacancies for job sites;
Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build (Linkedin, job boards, networking, internet searches etc.);
Finding potentially interesting candidates and communicating with them at the initial stage;
Conducting interviews to check basic soft skills and counselling candidates about working conditions;
Preparation of candidate data for presentation in the company.
