I have been working with people for more than 9 years, and each of my jobs taught me how to find a common language with different people in different situations, during all this time I realized that my main skill is the ability to communicate and that is why I decided to work in recruiting. Finding an approach, listening and understanding a person, managing data and being able to analyze skills help me improve in this profession.
