Now I`ve 4 years of experience in IT Recruiting and HR (2 years - as an HR Generalist).

I'm a real expert in Onboarding and Adaptation.

Today working as an HR/People Partner is my goal. I am also considering the position of HR Generalist.

Now I`ve ~2 years as an HR Generalist and ~2 years as an IT Recruiter. And now I dream about the HR People Partner position.

My HR Manager responsibilities were Onboarding, Creating a career plan for the HR team, adapting,1-to-1, Performance Review, Exit Interviews, creating HR documentation, and drawing up employee assessments.

As a Recruiter, I looked for candidates for Junior, Middle, and Senior positions.
My tools are LinkedIn, Job portals, freelancer portals, social media, bloggers, Boolean Search, X-Ray, and Github.

In the last company, my responsibilities were Sourcing, Recruiting, Onboarding, Creating a career plan for the HR team, Adaptation,1-to-1, Performance Review, Exit Interviews, and developing HR documentation and communications.

Also, I attended courses: HR Soul of the Company, HR Generalist + IT Recruiting, and Career Consultant.

About my values:

People and the team are the main value of the company. Because you can do everything yourself, but with a team, you can do it better, faster, more interesting, more fun, and more environmentally friendly for yourself and others.

HR People Partner is a person who is responsible for the processes of communication and motivation of employees. It is a buffer between the business and the team. That is why I believe that the main HR skills are strategic thinking and adaptability.

I believe that development is a lifestyle and that part of life that should not stop. That is why I continue to go to webinars, and read articles, books, and blogs about my work almost every day.
