Experience in business analysis and project management worked with the development of web and desktop applications that have used by end-users in USA, Canada and different countries of Europe. Understanding and expertise in Software Development Life Cycle. Participating in the product creation at all stages: starting from requirements clarification and finishing with investigating production issues. Experience in UML and BPMN diagrams creation, understanding of customer’s business needs, mockups and prototype creation. Creation of clear requirements and tasks for developers. Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodology, status reporting, tasks estimation, creation, and creation of use cases, checklists, and needed project documentation.
