I have 2 years of experience in IT recruiting. I am a passionate recruiter with a constant desire to develop.
2 years of commercial experience as an IT-Recruiter in 2 contrasting business
models. I have a background in a company with a flat structure (30+ employees),
as well as in global outsourcing (800+) with strict policies. Have experience of
handling different hiring processes simultaneously. Got used to work
independently, as well as in a big team.

- Providing full recruitment cycle;
- Active searching candidates through different tools;
- Conducting Kick-off calls (building a clear portrait of the candidate with the
hiring team);
- Conducting pre-screens for identifying best match with our expectations and
candidate’s experience, checking English skills (or conducted the interview
completely in English) and motivation (using different interview techniques like
STAR);
- Organizing technical interviews and offer calls, knowledge sharing meetings
with the team;
- Close collaboration with hiring managers (consulting about market for actual
and future openings, advising alternative solutions if there is any issue during a
hiring process, get rid off a blockers from closing vacancies);
- Experience of negotiating as with hiring team, as well as with candidates
about different points;
