My name is Anastasiia, for the last year I have been working as Talent Sourcer and have previous experience as Junior Recruiter\HR specialist. I am found of working with people and have a great interest in implementing HR culture, contributing to the business development and maintaining productivity at the workplace.
I tend to absorb information and use it effectively, generate new ideas, observe and analyze. The degree in Practical Psychology reflects my ability to find the approach to every individual, be flexible, open-minded, and attentive to details.
