Experience in HR for 9 years, as an IT Recruiter - 1.4 years (consulting agency). Worked with customers from various fields: banks, FinTech, product companies. I worked with such middle/senior/Team Lead technical vacancies as: DevOps, Golang, CFO, Java, JS, iOS, QA, Support engineer, Android
In my work I use such search channels as: personal database, LinkedIn, Djinni, Inco, GitHub, Gitter, Stack Overflow, DOU, thematic chats and channels in messengers, social networks, job boards, X-ray search, boolean search, various browser extensions, etc.
I can provide a full cycle of hiring: kick-off meetings with the customers (to obtain requirements for each position), development of a recruitment strategy, posting a job advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates (using different interview techniques like PARLA/STAR), organization of technical interviews with the customers, onboarding and supporting an employees during the entire probationary period, etc.

IT Recruiter (2022-2023)
- worked with middle/senior/Team Lead technical vacancies: DevOps, Golang, CFO, Java, JS, iOS, QA, Support engineer, Android;
- closed an average of 2-3 vacancies per month (depending on the level of complexity);
- worked with customers from various fields: banks, FinTech, product companies;
- from non-technical vacancies, I worked with: accountant and managers of betting shops (Malta);
- I was the mentor of the team of sorcerers. Compiled weekly and monthly reports, built candidate screening funnels, analyzed the effectiveness of search channels;

Personnel Assessment Supervisor (2015-2021)
- mentoring (a team of 9 people), internship, evaluation and control of their work results;
- interviews for trustworthiness (or integrity interviews) after negative results of a polygraph test of bank employees. Writing detailed reports after interviews;
- assessment analytics, updating of soft and hard skills profiles;
- project management to improve the evaluation metrics of vacancies at the level of line personnel and unique professions;
