I am an experienced entrepreneur who deal with own business more than 4 years and 6 years like an administrative specialist in different companies. My key skills are: arrangement of business process, people management, recruiting, documentation management, development staff. I am good at an ensuring good name company, negotiation and establish relationships, sales. Currently I am looking for a job in IT sphere as HR/Recruiter.

Nowadays I am looking for a job because I would like to realize my old passion to become a Recruiter in IT company. I am interested human resources and process recruiting a long term since 2014. From that time until now I have finished six courses which related to people management in IT sphere namely. Also I have practical experience in recruiting of educators and administrative staff. Some period of time I was a volunteer, It was a great opportunity to get a new practical skills in recruiting people of different professions. Except that I permanent read different articles on Happy Moday, Dou.ua, Hurma, TechCrunch, attend the conferences, thematic meetings and watch webinars on You tube channel. My interest to management people last and will be prolong further growing and gaining my knowledge in order to finally get my goal.
