I am IT Recruiter with experience in part-time and full-time in Outsourcing, Consulting, and Product companies. There I conducted a full recruiting cycle from searching for relevant candidates till made offers and onboarded them on the first working day. That's why I would like to use and develop my professional skills, and to work with a good team who can share his experience and knowledge.

- Published vacancies on the company's website and other job sites: dou.ua, djinni.co, work.ua, rabota.ua, LinkedIn etc.
- Worked with such vacancies (from Trainee level to Senior): Java Developer, JS Developer, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Flutter Developer, AQA / QA Engineer, PM, BA, DevOps Engineer, etc.
- Was searching for relevant candidates on LinkedIn, djinni, telegram, social networks etc.
- Maintained a database in Jira, People Force etc.
- Conducted a full recruiting cycle: communicated with relevant candidates, screened their profiles and resumes, coordinated and appointed interviews with the Recruiter, conducted HR interviews, wrote feedback after the interviews, coordinated technical interviews, made offers, and onboarded candidates.
- Was searching on LinkedIn candidates in the Europe market (Poland, Netherlands).
