For more than a year worked as a HR Manager/IT Recruiter in crypto start up.
More specificly about my responsibilities there:
- Recruiting-related activities: creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, interviewing candidates, applying various tests or organizing technical interviews, and preparing offering letters for successful candidates;
- Supporting On-Boarding (hiring procedures/paperwork) & Off Boarding (termination procedures/paperwork);
- Filing employee's records (Leave and Absence Administration);
- Answer employee and manager HR-related questions.

- IT vacancies like: Junior QA/AQA/Front-end, iOS developer, Android developer, Golang developer, PM, Business Analyst;
- non-IT vacancies like Marketing manager, SMM, Community manager, E-mail marketing specialist, Copywriter, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, ASO manager, CMO, CFO and others.
From August to December worked in a big ukrainian software company - Creatio (or Terrasoft) as a Recruitment specialist.
- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements;
- Build a continuous pipeline based on the strategic goals;
- Attracting passive candidates for senior positions in Sales Department;
- Conducting initial phone screens/interviews;
- Prioritize and provide an exceptional candidate experience;
- Working with LATAM, BeNeLux, Southern Europe, Baltics, Polish job markets;
- Provide regular reporting on candidate pipeline and requisition status updates.
