I am a Customer Support Team Lead with a 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and 3+ years of team-managing experience. I am excited for an opportunity to put my skills and extensive experience to good use. I am open for any offers including ones outside Customer Support.

I am looking for a job as a Customer Support Team Lead, but am willing to consider switching to a different role. My experience includes 4+ years in a customer support company, 3 of which were in managing and quality managing positions. My latest role as a Team Lead in a BPO Company included but was not limited to the following responsibilities:
Managing a team of 10+ agents across 5+ projects;
Holding regular meetings with the customers to gather their feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the provided services;
Conducting regular coaching sessions based on agents’ KPIs and customers’ feedback;
Preparing monthly and quarterly business review presentations;
Participating in arranging and conducting interviews;
