I am a beginner IT recruiter.
I am ready to apply the acquired knowledge in practice. Despite the lack of experience as Recruiter, I am a purposeful person and learn quickly enough. I am open to new knowledge in the field of recruiting and improving my English. Ready to work hard to achieve the best results for your company.
-technical base: programming languages and technologies, IT terminology;
-understanding of development methodologies working with vacancy requests, analysis of vacancy requirements, identification of key competences
-creating vacancies descriptions and posting them on job sites: LinkedIn, dou.ua, djinni.co, work.ua, robota.ua, Telegram chats
-search of candidates at LinkedIn, using X-Ray Search. I also have an understanding of how to use the channels, search tools like recruitin.net, gitHub.com, AmazingHiring, TurboHiring, Candy Jar, Behance.net, dribbble.com
-analysis resumes for compliance with the requirements of vacancies
-understanding of how to use ATS (CleverStaff, Hurma)
-interviewing candidates, feedback writing support of a new employee during the probation period
-English level - Pre-intermediate
