I am convinced that a good manager is prepared for different situations on a project and understands that communication, engagement, and professionalism are the key to a successful outcome.

During my 10 years in IT, I have been in different roles, starting from being a Junior PM to being Head of Delivery and Head of Department in outsourcing and later PMO in a product.

I have a wealth of experience in project problem-solving as well as customer communications. I have skillfully managed both small project teams (up to 10 people) and development departments (up to 40 people).

But my greatest strength is my ability to train and help the management team deal with different situations on their project.

Geography of partners I have worked with: USA, Canada, Holland, Germany, England, Norway, Czech Republic, Oman, UAE. Each of them is unique, but they all have one thing in common - the desire to understand what is happening with the project at any given time.

I am expanding my process and product management expertise to become a T-shape expert.
