My last work experience as a Project Administrator assistant included:
1) Managing ERP tasks: monitoring the submission of working hours by employees, comparison with resource plan. 2) Confirmation of overtime hours worked by employees, their adjustment and coordination with the project manager; employee hours normalization.
3) Delegated assignments based on plans, project needs and knowledge of individual team members.
4) Compiled daily field report, detailing all key activities on a project.
Before that I worked as a remote sales rep for American cleaning+ services company. Among my duties and experiences were:
1) Expanditure of the customer base by successful presentation to convey product benefits.
2) Achievment of monthly sales goals by promotion product benefits and enrolling new clients (avg.conversion of 73%).
3) My contribution included Sales raise by 10% by offering advice on purchases and promoting additional products
