Responsibility:
- Driving the development of staffing strategy
- Coordination and support the work of the recruiting subteam
- Communication with hiring managers (defining needs, estimations, result delivery, negotiations, problem-solving)
- Full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, communication and discussion of the job offer
