Livatek is looking for a Financial Assistant to be responsible for our financial operations, primarily invoicing and payment of salary, internal and external reporting. This includes ensuring that the Company always has efficient financial processes and that they are implemented in a way that ensures correct and timely operations while minimizing financial risks. Office-based work.

Skills required:

BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
Work experience as a Finance Assistant (1+ year);
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures;
Knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Standards and Ukrainian Tax legislation;
High degree of responsibility;
Accuracy and attention to details;
Organizational and time-management skills;
Fluent Ukrainian, Upper Intermediate English.
Responsibilities include:

Daily operations

Client invoicing;
Monitoring of client payments including reminders;
Salary, supplier, and other payments from Ukrainian and Danish company;
Entering transactions to ERP systems ;
VAT and other ongoing reporting;
Supporting employees and private entrepreneurs on tax reporting and other questions relating to their relationship with the company;
Provide administrative support during budget preparation;
Monitor changes in legislation.
External reporting

1. Maintaining records and preparing reporting for group companies
