We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a keen understanding of the factors that contribute to business success or failure. This role requires an individual who can dive deep into business metrics, analyze a wide range of data, and provide actionable insights to enhance our clients business and our recommended marketing solutions.

Requirements:
MBA preferred or strong Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
2+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, clear understanding of marketing/advertising industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau/PowerBI, R/Python, CRM data such as Hubspot/Salesforce, project management tools such as Asana/Trello).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
A deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to work with EST time zone (Working hours 15:00 - 23:00. Flexible hours are possible).
Upper intermediate English is a must

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business metrics, including sales, customer traffic, and performance of stores both online and offline.
Interpret marketing and media data, as well as client sales performance data, to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Recommend marketing solutions and strategies based on data analysis to address identified issues and capitalize on opportunities.
Collaborate with client marketing teams and agency service teams to ensure that recommended solutions are feasible and align with client goals.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics and marketing strategies.
