ASAP Nutrition is a dynamic start-up specializing in supplement dispensing and packaging. In this regard, we are looking for a proactive and experienced specialist to work in our team as a Startup Project Manager.
Here you can become part of the new project of Dmitry Kubrak (8-figure Amazon seller, founder of Sellerise and ASAP Warehouse, annual business turnover of $20 million).
Currently, the team already has a logistics specialist and a person responsible for production. Some of the equipment has already been purchased, we are ready to actively work on the development of our project.

Requirements:
✔️ Experience in project management in a startup environment.
✔️ Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
✔️ Strong management skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Experience with tools and CRM such as ClickUp, Trello, Monday.
✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation and growth.
✔️ Spoken English (at least upper-intermediate).
✔️ Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions.
✔️ Proactivity and initiative.
✔️ Knowledge of the field of supplements will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
➡️ Organizing and coordinating all aspects of start-up project management at Amazon, from initial planning to execution.
➡️ Interacts with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of operations.
➡️ At the start, willingness to perform a variety of tasks: communication with clients and suppliers, completing marketing tasks (web development, business card design, etc.).
➡️ Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and ensure timely delivery of products.
➡️ Establishing and maintaining project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
➡️ Project progress management and task distribution within the team.
➡️ Gradual staff expansion and delegation of responsibilities.
