We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to take charge of three exciting projects: Car rentals, Luxury boat accessories sales, and Software development for rental companies.
The candidate should possess a high level of expertise in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, as well as be a creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by working towards a shared goal.

Key competencies and attributes that define a successful candidate:

- Advanced skills in creative marketing and strategic planning
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in relevant industries
- English at B2 level or higher
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Degree in marketing, business, or related disciplines

How you'll be contributing:

- Generate creative ideas: develop and implement original marketing ideas to enhance the positioning of each business and attract new customers
- Technical brief management: Develop and implement creative concepts, including design, content, and media strategies, in alignment with technical specifications
- Hypotheses formation and testing: continuously propose and test new marketing hypotheses to optimize promotion strategies
- Analytics and reporting: detailed reporting on the results of hypotheses testing and overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Collaboration with Sales department: collaborate closely with the sales team to improve the sales funnel and increase conversion rates
- In-Depth market and customer analysis: conduct comprehensive market analysis and study the profiles of target customers for each business
