Our team is made out of 3 people right now:

- head of growth/marketing/PPC and operation
- specialist in finance and graphic design
- customer service and inventory management specialist

All 3 of us in USA

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:

✅ At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
✅ Creative Project Management
✅ Analytical and Data Management Skills
✅ Graphic Design or Related Field (to understand design tasks and communicate with designers)
✅ Fluent conversational level of English
✅ Resilience and Problem-Solving
✅ High Level of Personal Accountability
✅ Communication and Interpersonal Abilities
✅ Eager to acquire new skills and knowledge
✅ Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading
✅ Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
✅ Understand product Marketing and be able to effectively create marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:


➡️ Be a team master by planning, managing and optimizing delivery schedules and reporting on all aspects of each project.

➡️ Creation and maintenance of the Asana project management system.

➡️ Communication is key: a strong mandate to not only communicate, but to “over-communicate” with team members.

➡️ Supervise all team members, ability to set tasks.

➡️ Monitor project deadlines and milestones, making necessary adjustments to ensure deliverables are met.

➡️ Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks using creative problem-solving techniques to ensure continuous improvement of the workflow.

➡️ Initiate and manage activities to meet deadlines, pushing the team and resources to achieve goals and deliver projects on time.
