We are looking for Customer Support Representative to provide excellent service for our client project. Our client is a wholesale bakery in East London that creates award-winning, cakes, cookies, and pastries. They only use 100% natural ingredients and have stayed true to our roots - with markets still being at the heart of our growing business.

✔️Answering questions about Client’s products
✔️Pre-sales questions
✔️Post-sales support
✔️Tracking interactions
✔️Order tracking & processing
✔️Invoice enquiries
✔️Handling sales orders & cancellations
✔️Handling and resolving complaints
✔️Managing customer credit notes

Умови праці:
➖Remote work
➖The probation period: one month
➖Working shifts: 1 shifts - 7:00-15:00, 2 shift - 15:00-24:00
➖2 non-fixed days off per week
