Our team:
Manager, assistant, researcher, development, employee involved in sourcing (primary search for factories in China).
At the initial stage, interaction is only with the manager.

Your role:
As a Product Development Manager, you will be the core of our product development process. Your job is to create better products to sell by turning ideas into concrete results through supplier interactions, market analysis, product improvements, and marketing insights.

Requirements:
✅ Experience working with Amazon as a Product manager (selecting a niche, searching and launching products)
✅ Experience in searching factories and working with suppliers
✅ Understanding marketing and how to promote products on Amazon
✅ Experience in successful project management and working with physical products
✅ The ability to obtain a timely response/complete a task from colleagues/contractors BY ANY WAY
✅ The ability to “bargain” and negotiate the most favorable conditions for us
✅ Experience using ClickUp and Helium10 tools
✅ Confident PC and Google spreadsheet skills
✅ English language level is not lower than B2 (B1 with strong confidence in speaking)
✅ Responsible, organized, attention to detail, multitasking and willing to develop new skills
✅ Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving
✅ Ability to learn independently and quickly find necessary information

Responsibilities:
➡️ Management of the company's products, from the moment the need for a product arises until its withdrawal from the product portfolio;
➡️ Analysis of competitors and understanding of what and how we can do better;
➡️ Development of a strategy for bringing the product to market;
➡️ Product development and production process management, interaction with suppliers;
➡️ Product marketing management (positioning, differentiation);
➡️ Participation in the pricing process and control of product profitability;
➡️ Participation in sales forecasting and product promotion;
➡️ Act as the primary source of product information for everyone working on the product;
➡️ Regular improvement of the product.
