Requirements:
From you, we require:

🟢Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics with a focus on Amazon (Logistic Specialist role).
🟢Expertise in Excel.
🟢Proficiency in 1C 8.3 (BAS Trade Management) at a confident user level.
🟢Ability to navigate Seller Central interface effectively.
🟢Experience in creating various types of shipments: Amazon Partnered Carrier, Seller Fulfilled, pallets, and boxes.
🟢Understanding of shipment statuses and efficient management of their status.
🟢Deep knowledge of Manage Inventory sections and proficiency in using tools like Manage FBA Inventory, Inventory Planning, and Manage FBA Shipments.
🟢Strong analytical and communication skills.
🟢Ability to work in a high-paced environment and remain calm under stressful situations.
🟢Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
🟢Interest in process improvement and implementation of new ideas in logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
Tasks:

🔴Maintaining sales and inventory documentation, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
🔴Organizing shipments from suppliers to Amazon Fulfillment Centers, monitoring their delivery, handling lost shipments, communicating with Amazon (opening cases, reimbursements, etc.).
🔴Monitoring metrics and taking timely corrective actions to ensure an efficient supply chain to sales endpoints (avoiding stockouts in trading countries).
🔴Coordinating product movements between warehouses and ensuring proper documentation in ERP systems (BAS, Odoo).
🔴Analyzing sales dynamics, developing procurement forecasting strategies, calculating and planning new orders.
🔴Organizing regular inventories with own fulfillment centers (3PL).
🔴Collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure an efficient logistics process.
🔴Performing analytical tasks and participating in additional projects for launching new products.
