We are an experienced team specializing in trading auto parts for over 8 years. Our office is located in Dubai, and now in London as well. We operate using Wholesale and Dropshipping strategies with an assortment ranging from 200 to 250 thousand SKUs. Our main markets are the UAE and CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan), and currently, we are actively launching sales in the UK and US markets. Our core assortment includes candles, filters, and oils (currently excluding body parts).

We are currently looking for someone to lead retail sales through Amazon and Ebay marketplaces in the US. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing product listings, optimization, as well as analyzing sales data and reporting.

Requirements:
🔰Experience working as a Product Manager on Amazon for at least 2 years.
🔰Proven track record of successful sales cases.
🔰Knowledge of product promotion tools on marketplaces and the ability to develop strategies for launching new products.
🔰Ability to conduct analysis and forecast results based on data and market trends.
🔰Constant desire for learning, developing professional skills, and self-improvement.
🔰Technical and analytical mindset, ability to make data-driven decisions quickly.
🔰Structured, systematic, and flexible thinking for efficient work organization and adaptation to changes.

Responsibilities:
🔹Analysis of our supplier database to choose parts and determine the listing sequence (initial list of 600 items is already prepared).
🔹Listing parts and optimizing titles for maximum attractiveness and visibility.
🔹Creating essential kits: assembling sets for spark plugs, filters, belts, etc., replacement kits.
🔹Supply management: overseeing and planning deliveries from our warehouses in the UAE, coordinating with the distribution center in the UK.
🔹Monitoring and controlling Drop Shipping.
🔹Sales statistics tracking to expand and scale the business.
🔹Budgeting for advertising, promotion, marketing, and development.
🔹Creating and managing advertising campaigns within Amazon.
🔹Cost and profitability calculation for products, preparing reports for management.
🔹Gradual recruitment and team building as the business expands.
