M. ROSENFELD is a European E-commerce company that has been exporting its own branded products to the USA, Canada, Europe, and Japan for over 5 years. The main sales channels are Amazon and Shopify.

The company's mission is to build a well-known high-quality hookah brand with its own hookah products.

Due to our team expansion, we are inviting an ambitious, responsible, and independent Middle PPC Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up PPC advertising, particularly on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.

Requirements:
- working experience with paid traffic tools for more than 2 years - Google Ads, Facebook Ads;
- experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, GTM (ability to set up goals, conversions, analyze advertising effectiveness and traffic quality);
- experience using Google Tag Manager (ability to place, configure tags for advertising systems);
- ability to process large volumes of data in Google Sheets;
- generating new ideas to improve existing processes;
- ability to organize, plan, systematize, automate;
- proficiency in English - Pre-Intermediate or Higher.

Responsibilities:
- development, launch, and optimization of advertising campaigns;
- integration and testing of new tools (traffic sources, new tools, and various advertising beta tools);
- preparation of reports and presentations;
- analytics of advertising results, identification of growth points, problematic traffic segments, audience;
- creation of advertising campaigns in Google Ads (targeting selection, keywords, and negative keywords);
- A/B testing of ads, extensions, and targeting;
- monitoring and correction of key performance indicators of advertising campaigns: ROMI, CPA, CPL, Net Profit;
- monitoring of key quality indicators of advertising campaigns: CTR, CPC, CPM, Quality Score;
- collaboration with designers;
- basic setup of web analytics:
- setting goals (goals)
- writing a technical specification for the implementation of dynamic product remarketing (e-commerce)
- setting up advertising system pixels through Google Tag Manager.

Would be a plus:
- presence of Google Ads and Google Analytics certificates;
- experience working with Amazon;
- experience in a niche market or e-commerce.
