Requirements:
🔴 Proficiency in Tik-Tok marketing and management for at least 2 years. BUT: we are also ready to consider a responsible individual without specific TikTok experience.
🔴Higher education in marketing, advertising, or related fields.
🔴Understanding of the target audience and TikTok trends.
🔴Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:
🔵 Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online shop on TikTok: develop and manage the company's TikTok account, including content creation, audience engagement, managing inventory and increasing product turnover.
🔵Analyze the results of advertising campaigns and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
🔵Collaborate with other departments of the company to achieve common goals.
