We are a D2C marketing product company, operating in the US and European markets with leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. Our main products include high-quality dietary supplements and pet products. We are constantly growing, and our team comprises over 30 professionals.

We are seeking an HR specialist to join our team, who will help develop and build HR processes tailored to our work and team specifics.

Requirements:
🔰At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
🔰Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch with examples.
🔰Skills in conducting 1-to-1 meetings and handling complex cases.
🔰Ability to onboard and adapt new employees.
🔰Knowledge of labor laws.
🔰Ability to work remotely.
🔰Proficiency with HR systems and automation tools.

Responsibilities:
1) Developing and Administering HR Processes:

🔸Develop and implement company HR policies.
🔸Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
🔸Administer HR processes in CRM and support existing systems.


2) Salaries and Compensation:

🔸Calculate employee wages.
🔸Prepare salary and bonus reports.
🔸Monitor vacations and inform employees about their unused days.
🔸Analyze current market inflation data.

3) Employee Adaptation and Development:

🔸Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
🔸Support the employee life cycle (onboarding, adaptation, 1:1 meetings, exit interviews, etc.).
🔸Conduct employee assessments and develop evaluation systems.
🔸Organize and conduct feedback sessions with managers.
🔸Conduct surveys, HR studies, analyze data, and provide recommendations.

4) Recruitment:

🔸Recruit and select personnel (recruiting tasks).
🔸Create job profiles.
