Poklyk is a product company specializing in developing and advancing our web and mobile applications, orderry.com and remonline.app, designed for SME automation. Our services empower businesses to streamline processes and embrace a more technological approach.

For over 10 years, our company has been developing cloud services for accounting and business automation in the service sector. Our users are businesses you encounter every day: service centers and repair shops, car services, online and offline retail, ateliers, cleaning services, beauty salons, and more. They make our lives easier, and we help them do it.

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for sales and the ability to inspire their team to break records. This individual should be driven, always looking for ways to innovate and grow beyond conventional boundaries.

Вимоги:
- Successful experience in managing sales teams for at least 5 years.
- Experience in setting up CRM systems for the most effective team performance.
- Knowledge of various sales methodologies and experience in successfully applying them in practice.
- Experience in developing and successfully implementing sales strategies.
- English at the B2-C1 level.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).
- Experience in training and upskilling sales managers.
- Experience in developing motivation systems for the team.

Обов'язки:
- Organizing and optimizing the work of the direct sales and customer retention department to achieve set goals and plans.
- Developing sales and customer retention strategies.
- Determining methods for implementing the developed sales strategy.
- Participating in developing all necessary materials for effective sales and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Collaborating with other company departments.
- Collecting and providing feedback from customers to the product team.
- Constantly seeking ways to improve team performance and expand the customer base.
- Setting up the CRM system for the effective execution of the team's plans.

Буде плюсом:
- Knowledge of other foreign languages (preferably Spanish and/or Portuguese).
- Experience in conducting training sessions for sales teams.
- Experience in sales on international markets, particularly in the USA and Latin America.
