Know the intricacies of cold email outreach, Upwork, and lead generation.
Are self-organized and independent, able to prioritize effectively.
Can analyze and are courageous enough to implement new ideas.
Are a team player.

And you want to:
Work with sales channels like Upwork and cold email outreach.
Develop new lead generation pathways for the agency.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve specific goals.
Negotiate with potential clients (usually in English), guiding them from initial contact to closing the deal.
