Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a proactive, ambitious and detail-oriented Project/Process Manager who will take responsibility for project and team management and enjoys creating, optimizing and maintaining business processes.

Requirements:
You are ideally suited if:

🏆 Have 3+ years of experience in Project Management with a deep understanding of business operations;
🎯 You know how to manage several projects at the same time;
🌍 Your English level is B2 or higher;
🔧 Have experience in successfully optimizing processes in a company, creating instructions and process flow;
🛠️ Know how to work with tools for communication and project management (for example, Slack, Trello, Asana), knowledge of the Notion system;
🎯 Confidently manage priorities and maintain an accurate and adequate focus;
🤝 Have an independent approach with the ability to make decisions and manage workload autonomously;
🔍 Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors that often go unnoticed by others;
💬 Excellent communication skills, ability to confidently interact with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
1. Full management of the process of working with the team to launch projects (products).
2. Continuous improvement, process optimization.
3. Analysis, structuring and creation of flow processes for company departments.
4. Constant monitoring and improvement of processes (regular clarification of the status of cases in departments, identification of responsible persons, verification of task completion).
5. Managing the company's task manager on the Notion platform (finishing and creating sections, outsourcing specialists if necessary).
6. Creating automations to optimize processes (for example, stand-ups in Slack, Notion, etc.).
