The web platform for the international network of study centers provides academic and practical support for admission to UK and US-based universities.

This platform allows potential clients to:

- get prepared for the international degree program by passing online courses;

- apply to UK and US universities through the platform online.

Role description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to develop and maintain applications on our Salesforce platform, supporting our mission to transform higher education and create opportunities for international students.

The role reports to the Salesforce Solution Architect.

This role is crucial for enhancing our capabilities and adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced industry. Our Salesforce platform supports various business activities, including B2B and B2C sales, document and data processing, service operations, and financial functions.

Вимоги:
2+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience
Proficient with building Salesforce Flows
Familiar with Salesforce tools and frameworks
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce configurations (Objects, Fields, Flows, Page Layouts, OOTB Functionality, etc.).
Knowledge of Salesforce Security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets/Groups, FLS, etc.).
Good understanding of data structures and data modeling.
Fluency in Ukrainian
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Certified Salesforce Administrator.
Experience with Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
Ability to think outside the box and recommend alternative solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Admissions teams.

Обов'язки:
Meeting with stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.
Building new and maintaining existing Flows, Experience Cloud portals, and other web technologies.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues and bugs in Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
Providing technical support and documentation for Salesforce users and administrators.
Providing enhancement support to system users and maintaining relationships.
Specifying and testing new developments, and liaising with internal users.
Staying current with new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Буде плюсом:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Advanced Salesforce certifications.
Experience with Change Management.
Familiarity with third-party tools like Conga and DocuSign is a plus.
Familiarity with technologies that integrate with Salesforce.com.
