We are Do-ers, who thrive on turning ideas into reality and tackling challenges to achieve our goals working remotely.
At this moment, we have 11 people on the team. All members are located internationally such as Europe, the Philippines, Romania, SA, and Pakistan.

Currently we are looking for a Research and Development Team Leader who will stay long term in the company at the same time a team player with the right attitude that wants to grow and develop in their role here at Belula Care long term.

Requirements:
🔰Requirements:

✔️at least 2/3 years experience in a Research & Development role with experience in team leadership and project management within the e-commerce platforms.
✔️experience working with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa and other Product Sourcing Tools.
✔️English level -fluent/conversational.

Responsibilities:
✅ Key Responsibilities:

▪️Lead, Manage, and be Accountable for the Research and Development Team.
▪️🔥Project Management: maintain projects on track and hold all parts involved accountable to deliver on time.
▪️Unblock bottlenecks and avoid products being freezed.
▪️Understand the products and niches environment to make suggestions on the improvement or solve newly researched product’s problems to build competitive advantages.
▪️Identify any compliance-related (FDA, Safety, Health and Security Certificates, Special Approvals, Trademark and ▪️Patent Infringements, etc) risks that the new suggested products/niches might pose.
▪️Improve and automate the daily processes to optimize the research process
▪️Compile weekly reports with the new products/niche opportunities based on the validated findings of the team.
▪️Train the R&D Team and hold them accountable for their KPIs.
