Our client, a well-established multinational company, is looking for an experienced accountant/financial manager professional to fill an opening for a Financial Manager for a full-time remote position.

Your main goal is to build and maintain the financial operational processes of the company, which will improve financial monitoring, accountability, and growth, and ensure the preparation of financial reports for the company's legal entities.

Requirements:
You possess a systematic, organized, and automated approach to improving a company’s financial workflows and setting business priorities.
You have at least 2 years of experience managing books using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
You have proven your capability in handling finances for an e-commerce company.
It is preferably operating in the USA or Europe.
Your strong expertise in management accounting includes building and adjusting management accounting systems to adapt to changing conditions.
You also have experience in establishing accounting standards within a company and possess advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:
Managing accounting across multiple companies for accurate financial information.
Overseeing bookkeeping for entities in the USA and Europe.
Controlling management accounting and preparing consolidated reports (P&L, cash flow, etc.).
Reviewing financial reports and advising corrective actions.
Analyzing data for forecasts and strategic planning.
Enhancing profitability and transparency through financial analysis.
Supporting senior management in financial decision-making.
Optimizing financial team processes.
Managing bill payments, accounts payable, and expenses.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring financial health.
Automating workflows and improving financial processes.

Would be a plus:
Knowledge of USA tax law, and US sales tax system.
Experience working in a company selling on Amazon.
Bookkeeping experience in the USA/Europe.
