We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our dynamic e-commerce team.
Requirements:
🔹You have at least 3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Private Label).
🔹You understand the Amazon ecosystem, including listing management, shipments, analytics, catalogue management, inventory control, and promotional activities.
🔹You have proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Tables) and are comfortable working with it.
🔹You are an excellent communicator and can effectively resolve issues through Amazon support.
🔹upper intermediate - В2 level of English.

Responsibilities:
🔺 Listing Management:
- Research keywords and build listings with optimal visibility through titles, sets and descriptions.
- List new products with Amazon Flat files.
- Build spreadsheets to speed up new product listings with formulas.
- Improving and optimising existing product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates, creating new listings
- Continuously checking and maintaining the health of Amazon accounts.
🔺Amazon PPC management:
- Setting up and optimizing advertisements.
- Up to 1 hour of daily customer communication, product questions and help with sales administration.
- Handling critical situations in interaction with Amazon Support.
Would be a plus:
A knowledge of German.
