We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and help elevate our digital presence to the next level.

Our social media team consists of a content creator, a designer, a marketer, and a support member who handles social media comments. Part of the team is based in the USA, and part in Ukraine.

Requirements:
What we are looking for in our candidate:

➡️Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
➡️Work experience from 2 years.
➡️Deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
➡️Understanding the trends of the American market.
➡️Experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
➡️Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
➡️Experience with social networks with a large number of users (more than 20K).
➡️Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
➡️Intermediate English (B1) and above for working with English-speaking media platforms.
➡️Experience in the sports and outdoor recreation industry is a plus.

✅Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
✅Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, especially in TikTok Shop, and effectively apply them to our campaigns.
✅Manage content that attracts and engages the target audience.
✅Monitor social media algorithms and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach.
✅Create and optimize marketing funnels to boost conversions and sales.
✅Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving future campaigns.
✅Collaborate with other departments and create tasks to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
