We are currently looking for an Amazon Operations Manager ready to jump in and help us grow our brand on Amazon, Walmart and Shopify. The position will start as a part-time role with the potential to move to full-time as we expand.

Requirements:
🔹Have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts, with a proven track record in SEO, PPC management, and inventory coordination.
🔹Demonstrate experience in inventory management, including coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely stock replenishment.
🔹Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct competitor research and make data-driven decisions to optimize listings and campaigns.
🔹Have experience in customer support management, including handling reviews and maintaining a positive customer experience on e-commerce platforms.
🔹Show creativity and attention to detail in developing product listings, managing visual content, and conducting product research.
🔹Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
As an Amazon Operation Manager at Laundry Turtle, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand’s success on Amazon.

Your key responsibilities will include👇:
🔸Managing and optimizing Amazon product listings, including keyword research, copywriting, and image management to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
🔸Overseeing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis, to maximize ROI.
🔸Conducting competitor research to identify market trends and areas for improvement in our product offerings and marketing strategies.
🔸Managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers, agents, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
🔸Handling shipping logistics, supply chain research, and coordinating with partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
🔸Overseeing customer experience on Amazon by managing customer support, responding to reviews, and addressing any issues promptly.
🔸Working on creative aspects, including developing engaging product listings, managing visual content, and conducting product research to stay ahead in the market.
🔸Utilizing retail experience, if applicable, to support our expansion into physical stores, aligning online and offline strategies.

Would be a plus:
🔹Experience with Walmart or other e-commerce platforms is a significant advantage.
🔹Have hands-on experience with social media marketing, particularly in launching products on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a good understanding of influencer marketing.
