Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We seek an ambitious sales professional for the role of our Sales Development Representative (SDR). You should be proficient in English and equipped with a minimum of 3 years' proven track record in cold outreach, specifically for a software development service provider. The ideal candidate should be an expert in finding and establishing communication with CTOs and other C-level professionals overseeing teams of 20+ software developers.
Generating leads will be your primary responsibility. You will have full freedom in perfecting your tactics so long as they deliver results. The only KPI relevant for the role is the number of Sales Qualified Leads you will generate.
We expect you to deliver a minimum of one SQL during the first month, and two monthly thereafter. There is no limit to the bonuses that will be proportionate to your performance.
As a Sales Development Representative, your success will depend on the number of SQLs that you generate. You will:
— Conduct thorough research to comprehend the potential target audience.
— Test and develop your own effective sales approaches to engage the identified audience.
— Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
— Drive the initial contact process.
— A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in cold sales within the software development services industry.
— Fluency in English is essential.
— Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and team leads.
— Strong organizational and creative (innovation) skills for outreach.
— Compensation: Base salary range of $1000-$2000 with uncapped performance-based bonuses, to be determined based on negotiation during the hiring process.
