In total, the course includes 13 lessons, most of which are practical. By the 10th topic of the course, the student will have already studied the types of team roles according to R. Belbin, mastered the tools for assessing goal achievement: KPIs and OKRs, as well as working in different frameworks: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban. In addition, feedback models (SARA model, BOFF, COIN), as well as effective ways of motivation (Herzberg and Vroomen’s theory, David McClelland’s model) will be discussed.
