AMD has announced the date of the Ryzen 9000 X3D presentation and the price reduction of the rest of the Ryzen 9000 processors.
AMD Ryzen 9000X3D chips will be released on November 7. AMD also announced a reduction in the recommended prices for customers for regular, already released Ryzen 9000 processors as part of a holiday promotion that began on October 20. The promo reduces the price of the flagship Ryzen 9 9950X by $50 and Ryzen 7 9700X and Ryzen 5 9600X by $30.
Ryzen 7000X3D processors are currently considered the fastest gaming chips on the market. It doesn’t look like available Intel processors will change that. This situation leaves the door wide open for AMD X3D to dominate gamers.
AMD has not yet said how many and what new AMD Ryzen 9000X3D models will arrive, nor their prices. However, recent unofficial data about the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, which is supposed to replace the best Ryzen 7 7800X3D, indicates its possible release soon.
The Ryzen 7 9800X3D «has also been listed in several retail stores for around $500 (the first prices are usually inflated). Combined with the fact that Ryzen 7 7800X3D has disappeared in all US retail stores, there is little doubt that its replacement is on the way.
