The gaming portable PC market is expanding rapidly, thanks in large part to the impressive performance and efficiency gains that modern APUs are delivering. AMD’s new Strix Point series APUs offer exciting features and are expected to power many high-end portable devices.
For example, the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor with 12 cores (4 Zen 5 + 8 Zen 5c) and the Radeon 890M iGPU based on RDNA 3.5 have already been announced as part of the portable game console ZOTAC ZONE GAMING. And now AOKZOE is joining this celebration of mobile productivity by announcing several portable gaming consoles: A1, A1 Pro, and A1 X. The differences between them will be minimal, at least in appearance.
The company reported that the portable device will be equipped with the aforementioned flagship Strix Point APU, as well as an 8-inch display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a 72.7 Wh battery – significantly larger than that of ZOTAC ZONE GAMING.
There is currently no information on prices and release dates of new game consoles from AOKZOE. In any case, increased competition and a wide range of devices will benefit consumers. The main thing is that there is no shortage of these productive and cost-effective chips.
