EcoFlow has announced the launch of a new line of portable charging stations EcoFlow DELTA 3. These new products are suitable for use as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with automatic switching to UPS mode.
EcoFlow DELTA 3 and EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus are portable charging stations that can be used by both household consumers and small businesses. The rated power of both stations is 1800 W (peak power 2700 W) and the capacity is 1024 Wh. With the EcoFLow DELTA Pro 3 Extra Battery, the capacity can be expanded to 5 kWh. EcoFlow DELTA 3 switches to UPS mode in less than 20 ms, EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus in 10 ms. EcoFlow DELTA 3 can be charged from a 500 W solar panel, and EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus can be charged from a 1000 W solar panel (2 x 500 W).
The EcoFlow DELTA 3 1500 charging station has an extended capacity of 1536 Wh with the possibility of expanding to 5.5 kWh using the EcoFLow DELTA Pro 3 Extra Battery. The rated power is 1800 W (peak power 2700 W). The station switches to uninterruptible power supply mode in 20 ms. During operation, DELTA 3 series stations emit noise of about 30 dB (at 1200 W — up to 40 dB).
The new products of the DELTA 3 line are equipped with new generation lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. According to the manufacturer, they provide a service life of more than 20 years with daily cycling. This is equivalent to 8000 charge-discharge cycles. The built-in X-Core 3.0 battery management system includes more than 40 indicators of protection against overheating and overvoltage.
The EcoFlow DELTA 3 series charging stations have an improved BMS controller that allows for faster charge recovery from the network:
The stations also support other charging methods:
