Elon Musk’s Twitter (X) has doubled its Premium+ subscription, which includes the latest version of the Grok 3 artificial intelligence model — in fact, a few hours after its presentation, as the publication noted TechCrunch.
Currently, the subscription price is $50 per month (or $350 per year), while yesterday the price was about $22. At the same time The penultimate tariff revision took place not so long ago — in December 2024, the price of Premium+ was $16 before it was increased by 40%
The current pricing does not seem to be fully consistent, as it produces different results in different regions and interfaces: for example, the X support page for US users stated that the official price of Premium+ was $50, while the registration page listed the price at $48.40, and the statement page — $40 per month.
For users from Ukraine, the price is still displayed in $22 per month, but probably because Grok 3 has regional restrictions.
It should also be noted that despite the availability of Grok 3, X Premium+ subscription holders will not receive all the features — advanced will be available in a separate SuperGrok tariff.
It should be noted that the Grok 3 presented by Musk today is not the only model — but a whole family that also includes a smaller version of Grok 3 mini, and reasoning models that will compete with DeepSeek and OpenAI and allegedly already outperform them in standard tests.
